Do you deliver the kayaks to our location?
Yes, that is our main option! We offer delivery services anywhere in Oahu! Just let us know your location and we'll arrange the delivery for you. If you would rather pick up your equipment we can meet you at a desired location that meets your needs best!
How far in advance do I need to book a rental?
It's best to book your kayak rental at least a few days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
What is included in the rental package?
Our rental package typically includes the kayak, paddles, life jackets and attachable kayak seats! Other equipment is available to add on such as dry bags, phone cases, or snorkel sets! Or if you book our Self-Guided Tour, it will include all of that together and we will add a laminated map of your adventure with some awesome information on the back!
Do you provide instructions for beginners?
Yes, we offer basic instruction for beginners, including safety guidelines and paddling techniques, before you head out on the water.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my rental?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule your rental or provide a refund.
Can I rent kayaks for multiple days?
Yes, we offer multi-day rental options. Just let us know the duration of your rental, and we'll accommodate your needs.
Are there any age restrictions for renting kayaks?
​Generally, participants must be at least 18 years old to rent a kayak. However, minors can participate with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
Do you offer guided kayak tours?
Yes, but they are SELF-Guided meaning we do not send a team member with you. We offer Self-Guided kayak tours for specific spots on the island for those who want a more structured experience. This experience includes a snorkeling set, a dry bag, and a phone case. Our experienced team has put together a map of where to go with valuable information on the back that will lead you on a memorable adventure.
What should I bring for my kayak rental?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses with a strap, water, snacks, and appropriate clothing for the weather.
What is your cancellation policy?
​Our cancellation policy varies depending on the circumstances, but we strive to be flexible and accommodating. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your rental.
What if I want to transport my rental kayak?
​We have roof pads and straps if you would like us to drop the equipment in one area and you would like to move it to multiple sights or if you have it for multiple days! We will just request that you let us show you some of our techniques for safety and also that you give us the other locations you will be so we can assist in anyway!
